This is an agreement between the Client and the Service Provider Platinum Music & Events. The Service Provider agrees by Platinum Music & Events for the occasion on the date, time and location shown in the agreement below, in exchange for the fee and subject to terms and conditions also within this agreement.

Does the client allow Platinum Music & Events to take photos of the event for promotion purposes? Client is allowed to keep photos free of charge with watermark.

PLEASE SIGN & RETURN THIS CONTRACT WITHIN 7 DAYS OR BOOKING WILL NOT BE HELD.

1) Cancellation of this Contract by yourself or any of your party involved, will result in you being liable to pay the fee agreed (please see terms and conditions below)

Terms & conditions

a) Cancellation of more than 30 days from performance date; you are liable to pay 20% of the full fee.

b) Cancellation between 22-30 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay 25% of the full fee.

c) Cancellation between 15-21 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay 50% of the full fee.

d) Cancellation between 8-14 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay 75% of the full fee.

e) Cancellation between 1-7 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay the full fee.

f) Cancellation on the day of the event, you are liable to pay the full agreed amount.

g) Initial booking fees are non-refundable.
1. Platinum Music & Events agrees that the fee is inclusive of all expenses, holiday entitlements, travelling expenses to and from the venue and covers any payments whatsoever due to other members of Platinum Music & Events.
2. Platinum Music & Events warrants that all equipment is in good working order, fit for its purpose and that no part of the performance is likely to be a danger to the performer, client or any other person/s.
3. The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the client reasonably requires.
4. No fee shall be payable to the Platinum Music & Events for any day upon which this engagement shall be suspended by reason of War, Strikes, lockout or by reason of order of any Licensing.
5. At the time of signing this contract, Platinum Music & Events shall not be under any contract to a third party that might preclude him/her from fulfilling the engagement.
6. Platinum Music & Events shall be suitably and tidily dressed during their performance.
7. Signing this contract Platinum Music & Events agrees to the terms and conditions presented.
8. The client shall be responsible for the provision of mains electricity in the performing area.
9. You are required to pay a booking fee of £10 of total booking as soon as this contract has been signed and sent back to Platinum Music & Events. Booking fees paid are non-refundable.
10. This contract reflecting the terms and conditions as agreed shall be deemed accepted only when it is signed and returned in 7 days.
11. The client agrees to provide adequate supervision of guests and will ensure that venue management adequately supervises customers and or staff on site
12. Unwarranted Abuse or threatening behaviour from client’s guests, venue management or venue staff will not be tolerated and will result in the performance being terminated with no revenue loss to Platinum Music & Events.
13. No face painting will be done to any child that is 3 years and under. This is due to their skin still being very sensitive and has a higher chance of their skin getting irritated.
14. Once you have received this contract, you have 7 days to sign and return this WITH the booking fees to confirm the booking. This contract reflecting the terms and conditions as agreed shall be deemed accepted only when either; a) It is signed and returned in 7 days. b) If it is not exchanged within the prescribed 7 days then no written objection has been made within its period, meaning to date is available for future clients.
15. Any additional hours of service provided not pre-agreed before the event will be charged at a rate of £70 per hour (£100 per hour after midnight). This is to be paid cash in advance of continuation of services.
16. Our face painting service is as part of any packages is for children only. Extra charges will apply for adults.
17. Face painting for children’s parties are 1.5 hours long unless stated otherwise.
18. Free photography – We will provide free photographs of the event. The photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page and website with our company watermark. The photos will be uploaded with a watermark of our logo. If you require some photos of the event without the watermark, please contact us within 7 days after the event finishes. After 7 days all photos will be deleted off file as we don’t have the storage. We are happy to provide all photos for free, as a thank you for booking us. If you would like the photos without the watermark, an additional charge of £100 will be required.
19. Any theft or damage caused to our equipment caused by you or your guests, then the client whose name and signature is on this booking form, will be accountable and liable to pay all replacement costs.
20. Dancing on a cloud machine: it is the client’s responsibility to obtain permission from the venue regarding use of this machine BEFORE the event. The machine will NOT set off any smoke alarms as it uses ice and water. Some venues may still say no, however it not the responsibility of Platinum Music & Events to gain permission or argue with the venue on the evening of the event. If the Dancing on a cloud machine is booked, we assume you have the venues permission. No refund will be given if the venue refuses to allow the use of the Dancing on a cloud machine on the day of the client’s event.
21. Face painting & Glitter tattoos: unless specified otherwise each child will receive EITHER a face paint design OR a glitter tattoo, not both.
